I’ve been training with Daniel for almost three years now. He is a very committed trainer with many years of experience with a broad range of technical and motivational knowledge and skills related to human anatomy, nutrition, physiology, kinesiology, first aid, training techniques, and more. Daniel is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (and somehow fun). My overall fitness has increased noticeably, and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete overall strength, cardio, and personal records such as sit-ups and push-ups, lift progressively heavier weights, and generally push myself harder than I have ever thought I could before. The main reason I’ve been going to him for the past three years is that he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries; he is highly reliable and punctual – always set up and ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned, including music. I thoroughly enjoy working under Daniel and recommend it to anyone looking to improve their lifestyle and fitness.

I am pretty excited to write this review because of the impact Danny has had on my life since the time I began training with him nearly two years ago. I was referred to Danny by a really good friend who assured me that he was professional and that I would certainly see results. During our first session, he reviewed my labs, my schedule, and my goals. I found him very detailed, compassionate, professional, and intentional. I wasn't just another client. I knew this because he wouldn't let me sign a contract until I went home and thought about if I was ready for this journey. I contacted him in less than 24 hours because I knew I desperately needed to do something. Additionally, Danny isn't only a personal trainer, but he is also a master's prepared, registered dietician. This was a huge selling point because I needed to address diet and not just exercise. Fast forward. Since working with Danny, I have lost over 60 lbs, went from pre-diabetic to normal A1C, and have significantly dropped by cholesterol levels. I am more active than I have been in years (4-5 days of exercise/ week), and I love the way I feel. I have more work to do to reach my ultimate goal, but I have no doubt that I will be successful because I'm on this journey with 3D Wellness! Danny has become so much more than just my trainer and nutritionist. Frankly, he's become greatest my accountability partner AND my friend.
